Prohibition of unloading 2008

The minister of the Infrastructures and the Transports has emanated the prohibition of influx and circulation on the island of Ischia in vigor from March 20 to September 30 th 2008.

Here following the text of the decree:

IT DECREES

ART. 1 prohibition - From March 20 th 2008 to September 30 th 2008 they are forbidden the influx the circulation on the island of Ischia, common of Casamicciolas Terme, Cheat of Ischia, Serrara Fontana, Forio, Ischia and I Lacquer Pleasant of the autoveicolis, motoveicoli and mopeds, belonging to resident people in the territory of the Region Campania conducted by resident people on the territory of the Region Campania with exclusion of those belonging to people doing part of the stable population of the island.

ART. 2 prohibition - In the same period the prohibition of which to the art. l is wide to the autoveicolis of general mass to full superior load to 26 ts, even if circulating to empty, belonging to people not residents in the territory of the Region Campania.

ART. 3 DEROGHEs - In the period and in the communes of which it is granted to the article 1 it derogates to the prohibition for the vehicles I approach listed:
to) ambulances, vehicles of the police and funeral wagons;
b) vehicles for the transport of things of inferior course to 13,5 ts limitedly to the days from the Monday to Friday, provided that not festive. Such limitations it doesn't subsist for the vehicles that transport sons-in-law of first necessity and subjects to easy of deterioration, flour, medicines, sons-in-law of laundromat, daily paper and periodicals of information or baggages to the succession of deriving tourist parties with charter flights provided of the certification of the agency of trip and vehicles for the transport of things of any course, turned to transport of fuel and refusals;
c) autoveicoli to the Service of the invalid people, provided that provided of the special anticipated countersign by the art. 381 of the decree of the President of the Republic 16 December 1992 ns. 495, released by a competent Italian or foreign authority;
d) autoveicoli for the transport of artists and equipments for occasions performances of show, for conferences, cultural demonstrations, fairs and markets. The permission of unloading will be granted by the administration Town party, of time in time, according to the necessities;
and) bus of superior length to 7,5 meters and motor caravan that must stop, for the whole time of the permanence on the island, in special their destined areas and you/they can be taken back only to the departure;
f) autoveicoli of ownership of the Provincial Administration in Naples conducted by the agents of vigilance venatoria and for the service of viabilità, autoveicoli of ownership of the observatory Vesuviano - Institute National Geophysics and Volcanology;
g) vehicles in use to subjects. what reverting owners of residences result in the territory of one of the island communes and that, also not having the registry residence, of special countersign is provided released by the Commune on which the location of the residence of ownership is limitedly suitable to a solo vehicle for family nucleus;
h) vehicles that transport commodities and equipments destined to hospitals e/o nursing homes, on the base of special certification released by the sanitary structure;
the) vehicles that exclusively transport new vehicles to admit;
j) vehicles, in the number of one for every family nucleus, of resident people in the territory of the Region Campania that shows to sojourn for at least 30 days in a private house, with to regulate rental lease, or for 15 days in a hotel of the Commune of they Cheat of Ischia, to which will be released special bol1ino from the urban police of the aforesaid Commune;
k) vehicles, in the number of one for every family nucleus, of resident people in the territory of the Region Campania that shows to sojourn for at least 15 days in a private house with to regulate rental lease, or for 15 days in a hotel of the Commune of Serrara Fontana. to which special authorization will be released by the urban police of the aforesaid Commune.

ART. 4 sanctions. Whoever violates the prohibitions of which to the present decree is punished with the administrative sanction of the payment of a sum from European 370 to 1.485 as anticipated from the paragraph 2 of the articulate 8 some decree legislative 30 April 1992, n. 285, with the updatings of which to the decree of the Minister of the Justice, in date December 29 th 2006, as rounded off to the senses of the article 195 paragraphs 3 encore of the above recalled decree legislative 30 April 1992, n.285;

ART. 5 authorizations In it Derogates - To the Prefect of Naples it is granted the faculty, in case of ascertained and real necessity and urgency, to grant further authorizations in derogates to the prohibition of unloading on the island of Ischia. Such authorizations must have a non superior duration to the 48 hours of permanence on the island. If the demands that gives place to the release of such authorizations didn't exhaust him in this temporal term, the town Administrations, in presence of founded and proven motives they are able, with really provision, to authorize for the narrow necessary period a further period of circulation;

ART. 6 vigilance - The Prefect of Naples and the Capitaneries of I Bring, each for the part of own competence, assures the execution and the assiduous and systematic overseeing of the respect of the established prohibitions with the present decree, for the whole considered period.
